Warranty

All Centurion goods and services are covered by our own warranty, thats 2 years parts and labour warranty for all new systems and components, and a lifetime quality assurance on our services.

There are some important `but's` to the above, we can not for instance guarantee that a computer will remain virus free after we have serviced it. Virii and spyware are out of our control when the computer leaves the store and all the anti-virus and anti-spyware applications in the world can not stop the end user from doing something silly (downloading warez & music, disabling anti-virus software etc), we can't protect you from yourself or others using your computer (for some advice see here)

Bad 'but' number 2 is a question of common sense and good faith, e.g. a power surge destroys your computers power supply, firstly that damage should be covered by your household insurance (and is not the fault of the power supply itself), and secondly if you live in an area affected by power spikes and surges you really should invest in a decent UPS or surge protector (e.g. not the ones that cost $15 from WA Salvage ;))

That said , its not all bad, many components supplied by Centurion Computers carry their own manufacturer warranty that is over and above Centurion Computers own warranty, Corsair and Kingston Memory for example have a lifetime manufacturers warranty, other components may have 3 year, 5 year or even lifetime warranties supplied by the manufacturers , in such cases Centurion computers respect these warranties.Often such warranties require that you deal directly with the manufacturer and Centurion are happy to help you with any part of this process.
