Please note that some installation prices quoted (and marked with a *) may vary if such an installation requires a repair or re installation of the operating system (common with CPU/Motherboards on windows XP).

Fixed Rate Services
Physical Cleanup $44.00
Your computer will be cleaned internally to remove dust and debris (dead/live insects etc), all wiring and connections checked, ram and CPU reseated where appropriate, a simple service can extend the life of your computer considerably.
Physical & Software Cleanup $77.00
As per the physical cleanup above + standard software cleanup procedures, disk and memory diagnostic tests, removal of unneeded files and registry entry remnants.
Please note that the above does not include virus removal though you will be notified of any potential issues discovered during the normal cleanup process.
Reformatting and reinstallation of your existing operating system, includes all Software updates and driver installation, after a Format/Reinstall your computer will be ready to use.
Virus removal capped rate $120.00-$150.00
Virus/Malware removal can be a long, tedious and frustrating process, it is rarely a simple case of running the appropriate virus removal tools, it can take many hours to perform compete removal of some forms of malware.
In many cases your hard drive needs to be removed from your computer and connected to our systems directly, in other (not as rare as we would prefer) cases a machine can be too badly damaged after removal for the operating system to recover. In these cases a full clean re-installation would be recommended.
We do appreciate however that paying much more than $200 is often not cost effective, especially on older computers, for such cases we have decided to cap our labour charges at a maximum of 3 hours.

Advanced website maintenance (PHP/Perl/Python/*SQL etc) $88 per hour
