Takeaway services

We try to keep our hourly rate as low as possible , however some operations (such as virus and spyware removal) can take a very long time to run, for instance a full virus scan on a 40 gig hard drive can take 2-3 hours on older machines, in these cases we are generally sitting watching the computer, twiddling our thumbs, drinking your coffee and you are paying us for that privilege !

A better idea is for us to hook your computer up to our systems which mostly automate the process at least they do all the donkey-work whilst we pursue more productive avenues.
Since we can work on many machines at one this means a lowering in both your and our  costs.

Another advantage of the takeaway service is data security, we first make a complete backup of all your data (something that is simply not cost effective in the field) before commencing with diagnostics or recovery etc

So lets run through that again, we pickup, repair and deliver (normally next-day though same-day service is not unusual) all for less than the cost of alternative operators.
