 Before you call

    Dead/Expired/Defunct  
  • Check all cables are secure  
  • Check power socket is live
    No Internet ?  
  • Check modem cables/phone line is attached  
  • Do you have any outstanding accounts ?  
  • Turn off your modem/router, leave 30 seconds , turn back on, reboot.
    Non-System disk/error  
  • Remove any floppy disks and CDROM‘s and try again  
  • Disconnect from power , leave for 30 seconds , reconnect.
  • Call Centurion !

 After you call

  • Locate any CDROM‘s that came with your computer or peripherals
  • If you have Internet issues please find out your service providers (ISP) username and password
  • Put the kettle on.
