Anti-Virus producers, like all software and hardware providers go through highs and lows where their product is sometimes more and sometimes less effective than the competition.

In most other fields its easy to ride the storm whilst a vendor fixes a bug or adds a required feature, and most of us are pretty loyal when  it comes to preferred providers, however, with Anti Virus we can sadly show no such mercy.

Using anything but the current most effective Anti Virus is unacceptable, the heartache and stress of losing valuable data , or worse still passwords is enough without the actual dollar value attached to rectifying such situations.

Currently Centurion believe Kaspersky Anti-Virus to be head and tails ahead of the competition not only on virus detection but on system resource usage and the general `annoyance` factor.

Centurion Computers can buy and take a profit on ANY of the major Anti Virus  solutions, we choose not to for the above reasons and no other.

Centurion computers will only supply brands other than its current preferred if circumstances prevent our preferred solution, e.g. if your office policy or server dictates a certain brand then we can of course include it in any OEM solution.
