- Fill out Westnet:ADSL Application Form and ADSL Transfer form
- Fax it through to 1300 554 160
- Westnet will then transfer your ADSL service.

You must complete a Westnet ADSL application form, in addition to the ADSL transfer authorisation form. The Westnet ADSL application form contains all the Westnet ADSL terms and conditions;
Westnet will supply your ADSL service from the date the transfer takes effect (you will be notified when the transfer occurs);
You must pay Westnet for all charges associated with the service from the date this transfer takes effect;
You will still be responsible to your current ADSL supplier for any charges incurred and/or billed up to the date the transfer takes effect;
Westnet has the right to refuse or cancel your service on the basis of its credit assessment of you;
Once you have transferred to Westnet, the product features that you receive are limited to your new Westnet account only. Any ADSL account features, including discounts, from your previous ISP will no longer apply;
You authorise Westnet to act on your behalf to transfer your ADSL service;
You will be responsible for any re-configuration of your network or ADSL hardware which is required to facilitate your change of ISP. Please contact Support for technical information;
Westnet will endeavor to provide technical support for all ADSL modems. However, they may have varying levels of expertise with different modem types;
Your ADSL service will remain active with your current ADSL supplier until the transfer takes place;
You will need to contact your current ADSL supplier about any faults with your ADSL service until this transfer takes place; and
You may experience an outage in your ADSL service of up to 4 hours whilst the transfer takes place.
If the Customer cancels their ADSL service or wishes to relocate the service to another phone line within the first 6 months of connection with the Company, the Customer will incur a $55 early cancellation fee.
If the Customer connects using the ADSL Transfer process and enters into a 12 month Westnet Service Contract and subsequently seeks to relocate an existing Service to a new line, a connection fee on the new line and the following cancellation fees shall be incurred by the Customer:
- cancellation within initial 6 months: $105;
- cancellation after the first 6 months: $50.
