Troubleshooting
Hardware related
That is where one of your computers components is physically failing , failures can be intermittent , or catastrophic causing immediate failure and/or data loss. Intermittent failures usually do not go away and are best dealt with before total failure.
Common hardware issues include power supply failures (the computers internal power supply) , CD/DVD readers and writers , memory and hard drive failures, motherboard and CPU failures are less common and are mostly caused indirectly due to other faulty hardware.
All of Centurion's hardware prices include delivery and installation so checkout our replacement prices for an idea of costing.
Important
Installing anti-virus software on a machine that is already infected is pointless, your computer must be free of virii, spyware, trojans, worms etc before you install anti-virus products, doing otherwise is akin to locking the stable door after the horse has bolted.
Software related
Software issues are often conflicts with other installed software and occasionally conflicts with specific hardware, these are often the hardest problems to diagnose. Though sometimes a problem may appear just after (or during) the installation of software , in this case uninstalling the software can often cure the problem.
If this is not the case call a Centurion to arrange a service call.
